Create and Monetize your C# Games on iOS and Android
This is the final video series in the Xamarin development set. Originally, this series was developed to just contain 4 sections. However, while processing the series Packt decided to combine this series with the previous one. As well as containing the sections from Creating a 2D Platformer, this series teaches the user about the extras that can be added to a mobile game. They learn how to implement in-app purchases on both platforms, achievements & leaderboards and also adding Google Analytics. The series contains the sections in Creating a 2D Platformer and the other following subsections:

- Making Money - This section shows the user how to implement in-app purchases for both Android and iOS. It also explains the different types of adverts and how to implement them. It also shows the user how to create the store pages on iTunes Connect and the Google Play Store.
- Adding Competitive Elements - This section guides the user through creating achievements and leaderboards, using iTunes Connect for iOS and Google Play Services for Android.
- Having Fun with Analytics - This section teaches the user about the benefits of using an analytics package in a game, and what data can be collected. It then shows how to implement Google Analytics into an app.
- The Future - The final section shows a user how to support the game after completion. It first explains how to perform app updates for both platforms, then explains how to manage code using Git. It'll then teach the user why and how to integrate a social network into an application. Finally, the section will explain how to improve the engine in the future, by teaching about texture compression and atlassing, as well as implementing support for custom shaders.
